Strange as it sounds, I’m grieving the loss of FaceBook. I’m still there, but . . . wow, is it not what it used to be.

People I respected, learned from, share their political views, and it makes FB a stress, rather than the pleasant, fun, edifying, what’s-going-on-in-your-family that it used to be for me overall.

In counseling, we talked about the Circle of Control and Circle of Influence. Facebook is something that I choose to put into my Circle of Influence.

But now, I’m thinking of taking it out of there. It’s no longer a positive influence in my life.
